4.0 V6 Build and Track...

History

We started in May 2006 with a Performance White Pony Package 4.0 V6.  We fell in love with the body style and pony package.  Above is a picture before any modifications.

Before long we became interested in "waking up" the 4.0 and pursued modifications to increase the performance of the car.

After doing research, we found a company to work on the car.  Mike Bowen of PowerHouse Automotive had a national reputation as an innovative force in the Mustang world.  We decided to let Mike work his magic on the car to really see what she could do.

THE FALL OF THE 4.0 V6:

Unfortunately, the 4.0 motor let go on July 21, 2007 at Fun Ford Weekend Norwalk, Ohio.  It was a great platform to work off of, but we were asking a lot from it in terms of power.
